It is done to both upper and lower eyelids. Apart from the beauty reason, sometimes the upper eyelid needs to undergo blepharoplasty to give a better vision. In some cases this is a medical need. The fat accumulated under lower eyelids is removed to give a better shape. If at all the patient has high blood pressure or cardiovascular diseases or diabetes or glaucoma, this  facial surgeries is not advisable. Anyway before opting, consult a plastic surgeon at least through online consultation.

  • Browlift

This is also known as forehead lift. Initially the eyebrows which are drooping are tightened. The frown lines that appear, the hooded eyelids and the furrows on the forehead are corrected by the aesthetic plastic surgeon. Brow lift through endoscopy can elevate brows by minimal incisions. To tighten the lateral brow, temporal brow lift is done through an incision along the lateral side. Removing skin and muscles from eyebrows is known as direct blow lift. Removing extra skin from forehead through ear to ear incision elevates forehead. This is called coronal forehead lift. There are other variations too as per the need of the patient and the advice of the aesthetic plastic surgeon.

  • Rhinoplasty

This is also called a nose job. The upper part of the nose is bone and the lower part is cartilage. Rhinoplasty can change the shape, size and total look of the nose. Regarding the therapeutic reasons, this might be needed to correct some birth defects or conditions of an accident or other injuries. This is done to reshape the nose in various ways. The bone and cartilage structures can be sculpted by the plastic surgeon. In the process of rhinoplasty, external incisions are less which is combined with more internal incisions. Through this process the angle of the nose can be altered and some breathing problems can also be rectified. Some issues that arise due to accidents or other injuries can also be corrected.

  • Facelift

This is also known as Rhytidectomy. This is mainly done to deal with aging issues. The skin sagging, wrinkles and drooling can be corrected. The loosen tissues and muscles are tightened in this procedure. Facelift is done by making an incision starting from the hairline which ends back of the ear. This is mainly done to tighten the skin. A part of skin is pulled back and excess skin is removed. The tissues are altered too to get a much better appearance.

Neck will be getting a little more wrinkles than other parts of the body. The skin throughout the throat line will be loosened fast. To correct these and give a youthful look this is opted. The plastic surgeon does an incision behind both ears and under chin to take out the extra tissue, fat and tighten the skin. But the structure of the neck cannot be corrected. Neck lift is also done in conjunction with face lift. The aesthetic plastic surgeon explains better what is to be expected. This is mostly opted by the people who smoke. As smoking gives more wrinkles. The dissatisfaction arises once the neck is sagging or if fat accumulates more.

Slimming only one of the lips is known as Brazilian reduction. Lip reduction can be used to correct the cleft lip and palate too. • Laser hair removal

In this procedure concentrated laser light beams are used to remove hair that is unwanted. Melanin pigment absorbs the laser light. Heat is emitted from light energy which damages the hair follicles in the skin. This damage can delay or stop further hair growth. For initial hair removal multiple treatments are needed. Later the maintenance treatment is also needed. Even though this is not permanent hair removal, for sure laser hair removal can effectively delay hair growth for a longer period. Common treatment parts include legs, armpits, upper lip, chin, forearm and bikini line. Generally if there is contrast in the colors of skin and hair the results will be much better. Get an online consultation with a cosmetic surgeon to clear any doubts.

  • Otoplasty (ear surgery)

It is a  cosmetic ear surgery. This process can change the position, shape and size of the ear. If the ears are little miss fit for the face or if they have any birth defect in appearance or by any injury then they can be corrected through this process. This can be performed only after the age of 5 years. If ears are disproportionate or the placement is a little odd it can be rectified. But please keep in mind that this surgery cannot alter the hearing ability. In most of the cases otoplasty is done to both the ears to attain symmetry. Consult a cosmetic surgeon to know more about this procedure.

  • Botox treatment

Botox injections are primarily used to relax the wrinkled muscles. To be precise, OnabotulinumtoxinA is used to make muscles numb. Botox blocks the nerve signals and muscle contractions temporarily. Generally the surgeon will administer the dosage of botulinum toxin type A as per the requirement of the patient. This is a perfect and effective treatment for wrinkles, fine lines that appear as a part of aging. The frown lines that appear on the forehead and the thin lines that appear around the eye can be removed. But this is only to be administered by a cosmetic surgeon or a plastic surgeon.

Depending upon the situation or the seriousness of the issue, consult a plastic surgeon or an aesthetic plastic surgeon. Have an online consultation and speak for a better understanding. Then go to the clinic and get the treatment needed. Not all issues need big surgeries. Also  facial surgeries are not suitable for all the candidates. Take the proper medical advice.
